I am a 50 year old female who still thinks she is in her 20's. My body may be changing due to the number but my mind has not. I have been through hell and back and survived. I enjoy life to the fullest. I remember the day I met my best friend at 10. I have so many memories. When I reflect on them it seems like yesterday. I look good for my age and I feel great for my age. And s e x is even better because of experience. I embrace life with laughter, love and kindness.

I am 52 and no I don't feel old. I eat right (vegetarian), exercise and everyone thinks I am in my early forties. I think I am more fit now than when I was 40! I dress well, and have lots of stamina since I gave up meat and white flour! So you are as young as you feel. Now mentally and emotionally I am much more mature, sensible and have acquired wisdom I don't think I had 10 years ago. I think everyone has a different time in which to become more aware and wise. I look at the past as part of my journey through life, every experience was part of learning to maneuver through the rest of my life, I look ahead to the future as just a new and exciting adventure and learning experience. Life is never the same is forever changing and evolving around us, we need to also move with it and strive to achieve more depthness, wisdom, and awareness of the world around us. I have learned not to sweat the little things, not to focus on details, to always see the big picture and to let go of putting too much importance on the material.. Just allow yourself to continue to grow. Do not become stagnant, because then you will deprive yourself of the joy of living.

I just turned 51, and yes much of it feels like yesterday. I sometimes feel old, but that's only because I don't have the body I used to. I've done what I've always wanted and raised a beautiful family. That's what I've always wanted, and they have given me much joy. I've been married for 29 years, and we're still each others best friends. My only regret is not having a complete college education. There's a lot to be said for having that degree in your hand. That's the only thing I would have changed. (LOL, that and a few dumb investments)

Yes, I'm over 50. That birthday seemed like it was old. But now 80 seems old. The past doesnt feel quite like yesterday....
Sometimes when I sit quietly, I can actually feel the time move. It goes so quickly! ENJOY every minute! I look forward to each new day. Because now we pick up a minute of daylite each day!

This is a good question.
I am 54 years old.
I can still remember things as far back as when I was age 7.
I took up weightlifting 21 years ago. I FEEL and LOOK better NOW, than when I was a young man. I dreaded turning 40. Now I look forward to 70-80-90 and beyond!!
When I was 13, I knew EXACTLY what I wanted in life. But did not have a clue as to how to get all of it. As the years went by, I got EVERYTHING I wanted at age 13. And it was a LOT!!
Now older, I have new goals in life. And I know I will achieve them, also.
I love to tell my 15 year old son what it was like in my world when I was 15. It amazes him. When he grows up and has a 15 year old son, what his son has, will amaze him, too...

I'm in my sixties. When I bring up memories, it's very strange. My childhood memories are in black and white, sepia even. I try to live in the now....but I do feel a certain disconnect with the younger me. And I do notice that the now runs very fast indeed! I'm still working on what my goals for this age are. I'm disabled and can't do all of the things I would like to do physically but don't feel particularly depressed about it. Just have to set new goals. I don't really feel old at all!

I remember my past. I am 66yrs old. I am 100% disabled, so the future looks bleak, but I love life. I've had a good life. I have been married twice, both good women. I have no regrets. Yes the time seems short, it feels like yesterday. I wait for each day to begin, and thank God for every day He gives me.

Yes, it is interesting looking back at our past. I remember riding a tricycle at age 4 and falling off. Ha. I am now 61. Yet the time seems to have passed exponentially.. We seem to age very fast, chronologically speaking. Have another 50 and may God bless. Earl
