I told him I thought he was pretty cute because I didn't want to be like oh your so hott when I didn't know how he felt about me. But, a couple days later he got a different girlfriend from a different town (about 30 minutes from where I live-- he has relative there and used to live there). What's up with this? I am really, really mad at him.

Just because a guy flirts with you, it doesnt means he wants to be with you. Obviously his heart is with someone else. It hurts right now, but you'll get over it.
