The health benefits of apple cider vinegar are numerous. It also makes a great cough syrup (tastes awful, but works).
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1 1/2 cups water
2 teaspoons ground ginger
2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon sugar
Mix thoroughly, cover and refrigerate. Take 2 teaspoons as needed for cough. The nice thing about this is you don't have to wait a few hours before you can take more.

Take a teaspoon of organic coconut oil about 10-15 minutes before you eat, and a tablespoon of organic apple cider vinegar about 10-15 minutes after you eat. The coconut oil lubes your digestive track and permits the food to travel through it more quickly, and the vinegar has digestive enzymes to help process the food.
Remember, none of this will do much good if you don't lessen your intake and get some exercise.

well i have a friend, she drink glass of apple cider, which is half apple cider and half water, first thing in the morning, and really
she lose weight a lot. you could give a try.

skip the vinegar.....the ONLY way to lose weight is to expend more calories than you take in....PERIOD. Eat less food or exercise.
