her tummy hurts because she is conitipated, cramps are due to the intestinal muscles trying to push out the feces, if she won`t take a laxative, try inserting rectal suppositories, they are available OTC, drink plenty of liquids and make her eat high fiber foods ( fruits, wheat bread, etc... )

Here are her options:
1) Drink water and take laxatives
2) Call her doctor and describe your daughters condition in detail to her while the kid is within earshot.
3) Take her to the hospital and describe to the admission nurse the situation with your daughter right there.
It doesnt sound like the kids logic is working at the moment.. maybe humiliation will smarten her up.

Have her drink mineral oil. I eat a high fiber cereal (Good Friends
by Kashi) and it works well. They carry a diet tea at the health food store that will clean you out. It takes about 6 hours and
you need to be close to the commode when it hits.

Tell her to drink one to two glasses of COLD water every morning on arising. Cold water starts peristalsis, the movement of the digestive system that propels matter through it. This simple measure has cured many lifeong diseases of constipation.
or
Drink a glass of cold water with a tablespoon of honey on an empty stomach, First add a tablespoon of warm water with a tablespoon of honey to dissolve it, then add the cold water.
Hope your daughter gets well soon! ^_^

3-4 hours then going through into the intestines is like another 3-4 hours so normally it takes about 6-8 of complete digestion

Mmm.....nonspecific stomach pain. It seems to pop up in the list of symptoms for about half of all known diseases. Probably more.
As far as constipation goes, maybe you could try adding oat bran to everything, or maybe lots of frosted mini wheats(tm), that always seems to do it for me *pbbbbtt*

I'm no doctor, and I would advise getting doctor recommendation first, she may have a symptom of something serious. And can perscribe the right laxative for her or whatever else she may need.
