Should read: Ey, aquì estàn los [plebes] todavìa, por eso no te he marcado. Si no crees, màrcale a (¿Kebido?)
"Plebes" is short for "plebeyos" which is "plebeian" in English and which means "common people." In this context, I think the person just means to say he/she still has company or people around. Sort of like saying "the gang."
Kebido is unknown to me but sounds very similar to the name "Quevedo," so, translated, I would say it´s:
Hey, the gang is still here, that´s why I haven´t called you. If you don´t believe me, call (Kebido.)

With all due respect to the person above me, this IS Spanish, albeit very poorly written; probably by someone who didn´t get much schooling. I see this kind of Spanish all the time from my students. StormyWea is correct about the word, "plebes," although I´m not sure about that "akebido" either.
