Insignia TV problem screen has picture of a padlock?

I've obviously pressed an incorrect button that has placed a padlock (red in colour) on a totally blue screen. The most likely buttons are "Sleep" "Display" and "CCD" As of now no button works....nothing!!!!! Can anyone tell me what I have done and how to get my TV back? I've looked through the manual but have found no help whatsoever. I'd even appreciate a contact with the company that makes Insignia.

Try unplugging the set for a few minutes. This may clear the memory. You will probably have to go into the main menu and find out what channel(s) where locked out and unlock them. There may also be a problem with the set. Try this first.
