I feel your pain. Ok so here it goes, drink tea. The Japanese drink it as well as the British. And guess what, they both have the skinnest populations (in my veiw). Drink your fluids and have 3 meals a day and if you really feel like eating just get and apple, bannana or make a smoothie.
THIS HELPS! TRUST ME!
(the person above me says count cal. the nly problom with that is that it's supper boring and this is so much fater and simpler.)

I also love to eat but have managed to lose weight.
The trick is to count calories, and make sure you keep them at a manageable level. It is recommened that you never eat less than 1200 calories a day--if you go below this, your metabolism slows down and it counteracts your diet. I would recommend going for a 1500-1600 calorie a day diet, and focusing on lean proteins (tuna, chicken, tofu), and loads of fruits and vegetables to keep you full.
Also, try not to eat after 7 at night--cutting late night snacks is hard at first but does wonders.
Exercise will help you lose weight and feel better about your body overall..I'm a runner, but really, any exercise is good exercise.
Good luck!

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.
Get started today!

That's a great goal. I started a total health and wellness system, which includes cleansing your body of harmful toxins and meal replacement shakes. Well in 6 weeks I dropped 30 pounds (which you could easily do as well) and the best part is is that I've kept it off for over a year now and feel awesome. I'd be glad to help you get off that weight and help you reach your goals. Lookin good in the prom dress!

if you eat your on a diet its not so much how much you eat but what you eat and why, do you eat to make your self feel better about a problem, or because its the only thing to do , or when you eat is it what your body is asking for. Eat the right foods you'll be satisfied with less .and be honest with your self if you look at it like you need to loose some thing you're setting your self up to fail .Look at it with the frame of mind that you want a better life and every thing will fall into place on its own so to speak.
