Until God comes first in your life, you are wasting your time worrying about it. God will not accept second place to anything else in your life. Not your husband. Not your children, and certainly not your money. If you feel the need to go to church, then you are being pulled or drawn by the Spirit of God. It is then that you must go. If you reject this drawing, it may never come again. If you do decide to put God first and go, choose a full gospel church. One that believes in ALL that God says. There's nothing worse than going to church to find God, and find that He is not there. Been there, and it hurts. I attend a modern full gospel Pentecostal church now, and the presence of God is so strong that it seems sometimes that it is like 90 weight oil. It has an attendance of about 300 people. A group of the lovingest people that I have ever known. So different from the churches I have attended in the past. Good luck to you. I also own my own business. I try to put God first, and He blesses me for it. Love in Christ to you and your husband.

Look through the yellow pages, and/or call some Church's and see if they offer services that fit your schedule better. Many Church's have Saturday night services and/or two services on Sunday. It isn't a nice thing for me to say but---. how would you feel if God told you it was difficult for Him to find time for you? He's been SO busy He just can't fit you into His schedule. We know that this isn't the case but is that about what you are telling Him?...not enough time, inconvenient... I think you DO want to worship. Where there is a will, there is a way. If nothing else, listen to a Christian program/s, contribute to Christian causes, etc. Best Wishes.. God Bless You...

Churches traditionally start at 11 because shepherds(or farmers) would have to go out and see about their flocks before attending services. This allowed them to see about their livestock and still make it.
With all due respect, it's not the start of the service that's holding you back, it's your desire. You will only go as far as your desire takes you. Jesus said you cannot serve two masters, you will either love the one or hate the other. You cannot serve God and mammon (money). Don't get me wrong. There is nothing wrong with money. It can be a good thing. A lot of times the Bible is misquoted as saying "Money is the root of all evil." That's not what it actually says. It actually says "The love of money is the root of all evil."
"Choose you this day whom you will serve. As for me and my house, we will serve the Lord." - Joshua 24:15
I hope you sincerely focus on the eternal things, not the temporal. Good luck in your journey!

Well, according to this there is something else that should come first................
"On this account I say to YOU: Stop being anxious about YOUR souls as to what YOU will eat or what YOU will drink, or about YOUR bodies as to what YOU will wear. Does not the soul mean more than food and the body than clothing? 26 Observe intently the birds of heaven, because they do not sow seed or reap or gather into storehouses; still YOUR heavenly Father feeds them. Are YOU not worth more than they are? 27 Who of YOU by being anxious can add one cubit to his life span? 28 Also, on the matter of clothing, why are YOU anxious? Take a lesson from the lilies of the field, how they are growing; they do not toil, nor do they spin; 29 but I say to YOU that not even Sol′o·mon in all his glory was arrayed as one of these. 30 If, now, God thus clothes the vegetation of the field, which is here today and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, will he not much rather clothe YOU, YOU with little faith? 31 So never be anxious and say, ‘What are we to eat?’ or, ‘What are we to drink?’ or, ‘What are we to put on?’ 32 For all these are the things the nations are eagerly pursuing. For YOUR heavenly Father knows YOU need all these things.
33 “Keep on, then, seeking first the kingdom and his righteousness, and all these [other] things will be added to YOU" -Matthew 6:25-33
also..................
"Then he said to them: “Keep YOUR eyes open and guard against every sort of covetousness, because even when a person has an abundance his life does not result from the things he possesses.” 16 With that he spoke an illustration to them, saying: “The land of a certain rich man produced well. 17 Consequently he began reasoning within himself, saying, ‘What shall I do, now that I have nowhere to gather my crops?’ 18 So he said, ‘I will do this: I will tear down my storehouses and build bigger ones, and there I will gather all my grain and all my good things; 19 and I will say to my soul: “Soul, you have many good things laid up for many years; take your ease, eat, drink, enjoy yourself.”’ 20 But God said to him, ‘Unreasonable one, this night they are demanding your soul from you. Who, then, is to have the things you stored up?’ 21 So it goes with the man that lays up treasure for himself but is not rich toward God.”" -Luke 12:15-21

Scripture is rather clear that there are 6 days for our secular work, but the Seventh day (yes, that is the day most folks call "Saturday") is special for the Creator. First, you might begin studying Scripture, to see if you are really interested in the Messiah's program. (I think you ought to be, but it is up to you). If it gets to looking better to you, you might be more inclined to make the time. I believe there is a blessing in it, but most of "churchianity" is not worth your time, and they don't teach the Scriptures anyway.

Wow! You said your business comes first, "Seek yee first the Kingdom of God"Nothing should be put before God. I'm sorry I don't mean to preach, but I was waiting for the ground to shake or something. God gave you your business and he can take it away.

Call around.... we start at 8:30 (But I'm in MO). Many churches in our area have early and late services. Begin to pray that God will reveal to you where could go to meet your spiritual needs and not neglect your physical. (Although, gotta say- Put God FIRST and he will honor that.)
