Hey, well theres this boy I'm interested in and he looks at me and we talk, greet back and forth and he smiles at me and this only happens with me, he's very shy though. today i saw him he glanced quickly and kept walking, i was busy so he couldn't come over but then later when i was out of work, he was busy. could it be he's not interested? what can i do to open him up a bit, i know it'll take time, and i wouldn't mind taking time, i'd like some hints to ease his nervousness around me. thanks. he gets a red too, aww he's adorable. =)

also, im 19 and he's 23. so thats why i said its adorable, and no we aren't lil kids, although wouldnt that be adorable? Nope all grown up, and thats why i thought he's adorable cause it makes me feel like i must give him butterflies.

It sounds like he's interested. I had a boyfriend who would turn red everytime I was around him and then he finally got the guts to ask me out. Good luck!

Of course he likes you. He is just very shy to say anything because he is nervous and may screw up. If I were you I would make the first move and go and talk to him. Just be cool and act yourself. And just strike up a conversation about work or better yet share a joke or two with him from HERE just to break the tension. That's what have done and it worked for me. Then just start talking casually and ask him to go bowling where both of you can have fun together just to relieve some more tension so you both will feel more at ease.

Hi there---what you describe is a scenario that happens everyday to millions of young people all over the world---kind of like young love and all that goes with it. it is awkward and clumsy but it will work itself out if it is meant to be. Allow this guy to do it all at his own pace. Just because it doesn't happen in a day or two doesn't mean there is a problem. Us older guys fumble around also. I would guess you are what is called approachable--he knows he can when he wants to. It's only a matter of time. And if he doesn't ---too bad, try another...move on---don't waste valuable time. Just always be nice and happy--you'll survive.

yes he definitely likes you i would say.. a big sign is the fact that you make him blush and if he glances at you but doesn't hold your stare. he is probably so excited about this he doesn't know what to do yet about it.. :) you just need to talk to him more.. go from greeting to talking.. casually about what you are doing on the weekend.. and then go from asking about that to inviting him to do something with you if you want! and just keep getting to know him! that's all i can say with that one.. it will just take time probably to get comfortable since he is on the shy side.

How about asking him if he has time after work to chat and then be yourself if this is what you want then that would be your opportune time to get some things out in the open.

hhmm.. probably he does like you but just like talk to him more so he'll feel more comfortable around you. all you need to do is just keep talking to him and when you're for sure he likes you just like FLIRT just a little flirt lol or you can ask him out i guess. or probably the reason he get's red is either he is really shy or just nervous in front of you

Sit in front of him or just touch his hand or something, give him a nice backrub, play around goof off, joke, give him a quick peck.
