I sit better to excercise every day or 3 times a week? What are some ways to lose some fat around my theighs?????

I am 1 2 and do not want tto use diet pills

The only way to slim your thighs is to lose weight over all. So, a good diet and exercise are the best solutions for that. However, if you add squats and leg work, you can tone your thighs which will make them look even better.

at 12 you shouldn't be worried about these things!

you should give yourself at least two days off from exercise. don't do the same thing every day. as for your thighs, have fun. go for a walk with your dog. swim with friends. don't stress the weight, just get healthy and have fun!

I'm sure every day is better if it's for the same amount of time. jumping jacks would be my best bet for your age.

get a trainer, they have get exercises. I have beautiful himps and theighs because of TABO tapes, lol.

exercise everyday for at least 30 minutes and do some lunges and squats.

bending at the knees
