Add tuna in water to a salad.
Peanut butter on celery.
Baked beans.... even cold...right out of the can.
Skinless/boneless chicken (boiled, baked, or fried with just a very light coating of olive oil)
Tofu mixed with just about anything (it absorbs the flavor of whatever it is added to, but adds a lot of protein)

That's too few calories. Your body will go in starvation mode, and you might not lose any weight at all. You can cut your calories to about 1200, and maintain metabolic functions, but any lower than that and you are seriously taking risks with your health.
I would recommend adding some good calories, like lean protein in the form of tuna or dairy products, and also vegetables like spniach and carrots to make sure you are getting all the nutrients you need. Oatmeal would also help-it's really high in iron. Seafood is also a good source of protein, as are tofu products.

Just don't cut too many calories!!! It'll hurt your body more than it is worth!

any kind of meat will do.. grill up some chicken breasts and cut them into strips, they make good snacks. another good source of protein is cheese, choose something lowfat. another one is eggs. pistachios. peanuts (but they have more fat that pistachios).
