Hi! I read your question, and I have something that I know would really help you out. I recently started a total health and wellness system, which cleanses the body of harmful toxins and nourishes it with meal replacement shakes which taste awesome. I dropped 30 pounds of fat in only 6 weeks, been having a ton more energy and lots of other great effects of a healthy body. I'd be glad to direct you to more information if you'd like. I hope I can help! Thanks,

Aaron

dont go on any "diets" most are veryyy unhealthy. try seeing a nutricionest. but before that i reccomend running...it may be hard at first but once you start its a breeze. also eat healthy. go to http://www.mypyramid.gov/ and everyday type in what you eat. it wil give you recommendations on what to eat and everything, also make sure you put in your ecescersize(sryspell). it works great! but make sure you eat salad(classic) without dressing...thats what makes it unhealthy, eat penuts, oranges, and lotsss of water. but make sure you check out that website and sign up, its free. i dont know how much you will lose but it will deffentially be a great start. that is the only way you can lose weight healthy, otherwise it may cause serious side effects.

Check with your doctor before losing weight.

Don't tell anyone that you are trying to lose weight! Everyone will try to feed you!

READ ALL FOOD LABELS COMPLETELY! Be informed about the stuff you eat.

Ask your doctor if you should take vitamin supplements each day. If so, always take them with breakfast juice

Weigh yourself every other day before breakfast.

Always consult your doctor about any new diet, including these ideas.

I am not a doctor but I do practice these habits and they work for me. If you try them, that's your decision. If you must include or exclude certain foods from or in your diet than do that. Your doctor knows best.

EATING: Cleanse your home/car/office/briefcase/purse/desk/ garage of all unacceptable foods. Remove any foods from your bedroom/living room. Only eat in the kitchen/dining room. Eat alone until you can handle the temptation of seeing other people eat. Decide to only eat fresh, unprocessed foods. Omit all hydrogenated fats and corn syrup or additives of any kind from your diet. Use Canola oil for cooking and olive oil in place of butter. Make your own salad dressings, marinades, barbeque sauces. But use all fats(oils) sparingly. Assemble and cook your own food from scratch instead of eating "out". Eat balanced meals and drink lots of water(flavored is OK if there are no added sugars of any kind). Stay away from caffienated beverages, cookies/ cakes, candy(of any kind), potatoes, rice, and limit pastas(this includes couscous)and meats(only 4-8 oz./day or 1 egg or 2-1 in. cubes of cheese per day ) and white breads, crackers, cereals (breakfast bars) made with sugars and non-whole wheat flour(bleached or unbleached) . Enjoy a half portion of your favorite dessert every three days. Never eat after 7:00 P.M. or before 6 AM. Water is OK anytime. Drink a lot of it. EAT SLOWLY. CHEW REALLY SLOWLY(use a timer. Each meal should last at least 15 minutes)

second: Count calories in and out. Go to a bookstore or library for books with the calorie counts of foods you might eat and activities you might do. Always consume less calories than you "burn", Always brush your teeth after eating. ALWAYS EAT A GRAIN and FRUIT based BREAKFAST! Snack on water. That way you'll make it to lunch and dinner OK.

third: Park that car away from your destination. Park at the far end of the parking lot or down the street. Use stairs whenever safe/possible. Spend all but 15 min. of your lunchtime moving: walkaround, go up and down the stairs, walk the perimeter of the building, the neighboorhood or your home during lunch time. then take a few minutes to eat your substantial(whole grains, veggies, fruit, unsweetened fruit yogurt, peanuts, almonds) homemade lunch(then brush your teeth).

third:Before eating breakfast, lunch, or dinner, exercise by walking, or doing calisthenics for at least 20-30 min. (raise your heart rate). That way your body will burn extra calories while you eat.

Lastly: Get sufficient rest. Go to sleep at the same time every evening. Get at least 7-8 hours sleep. A tired body wants to eat. And, remember you can't use caffiene to stay awake. Keep water by your bedside. Do not visit the kitchen. Drink water if you feel hungry.

Good luck. I hope this works for you.
