I remember getting a buzz off it. That was about 20 years ago and I wasn't a regular smoker so it could have been beginners buzz. It made me nauseous and the room spun a bit. I've tried chewing tobacco too and that was 10 times worse of a buzz.

nicotine buzz,its not healthy for you and it impairs your thinking,if you smoke cigars often you most likely wont get them

Yea, from lack of oxygen. You can get the same sensation from sucking on the tail pipe of your car while it is running.
