Hard to say--if it feels right to them that's all that matters.
Some women like men with wisdom and experience.
I know of a couple that are 28 years apart and no one has any problems with that and they are quite happy together.

The age difference doesn't matter. An old grandfather can have a very meaningful relationship with a young grandaughter, but if you are asking about romantic relationships I would probably say that anything over a 10 year gap would show at least some effect on the relationship.

well it depends on what the ages are. if a 50 year old man is with a 40 year old woman than that seems normal, but when he was 20 she was 10 and that is gross. I think younger than 20 then no more than 2 years apart, 21-25 no more than 10 years, but then again that also depends on the matruity level of the younger person, other than that i think anything goes.

Typically females can be much younger than males because of maturity levels. It takes men longer to mature. So I would say at least 10 years.
