You are correct, they are high in sodium, fat, carbs and calories. If you read the nutrition panel, remember that it describes only one serving which is only one half of the package. So if you eat the whole package, double everything on the label. Read the whole label and save yourself high blood pressure and a heart attack. But it tastes good and if you are very active you will burn off most of the junk in it.

instant ramen is not goodf for u but it taste real good. i dont like instant ramen as much as the regular ramen. Special pork ramen is my favorite.
try not to drink to much of the soup. its full of msg i think..

It has alot of sodium in it.
I used to eat it all the time, but make sure you have other things with it.
Preferably things with low sodium content. :)

I hope it is the chicken flavor, drain all the water off after you boil and add cream of chicken soup, very filling and substantial, not real healthy but vey yummy.
