i heard that if u get a puppy pad thing, and once it pees on it once, u take it outside, rub it on the ground and it will then pee there because it smells like it already had. then it will go back to that same spot every time

You must never depart your dog in its' crate for lengthy periods of time unless it's sleeping, it's merciless to the dog for something that's your fault now not the canine. The dog shouldn't be toilet expert considering that you have not toilet educated correctly. You need to under no circumstances provide the dog an possibility to bathroom in the condominium, that implies you will have to watch the dog always and make sure you take the dog external the bathroom each hour unless it understands. As quickly as the canine wakes up you pick up or put it on a lead and take it external and give it the toilet command, then as it begins to bathroom you frivolously say 'good rest room' then when it has completed toileting you lay on the reward colossal time. If the dog bathrooms in the apartment and you see it happening, you provide a firm NO, don't yell on the dog, do not run at the canine, decide upon it up and dad it external and do the above. If the dog bogs inside and also you failed to see, you are not able to repremand the canine, you comfortably clean it up, ensure you employ a precise 'Accident' spray so it eliminates the odour that your dog can odor however you can not, this odour tells the canine it should rest room there one day. I would reccomend you get your carpets cleaned to do away with this odour which is by and large very confusing to the dog. Toileting has nothing to do with being the Alpha, you effortlessly have now not properly rest room informed the canine. Return to the first step, you will have to have it sorted in every week.

I had a shih tzu and it did the same thing. So everytime he did that we would stick his nose close to the pee or poo and would make him smell it then smack him on the butt with a rolled up magazine and say no. Then we would put him in the back and say no no! It worked and he never peed or pooped in the house again after continously doing this for a little while. Good luck.

some potty tips are if u see the poo take the dog close to the poo and hit him with a newspaper and yell at it but not like really loud like a care sound and in the house find like a room that u dont use and put newspaper there for him and when u go to work put him in the room (not like a cage or carrier like a celler or basement) after a few month of putting him in his pooping room or until u think he is ready dont lock him anymore

Well I know that miniature dachunds cannot control their bowels until they are like 6 months old so it may be the same with other small dogs. They make large blue puppy pads that are great for house trianing your dog. You put them down in several places in the house and regularly show them where they are. If they use the bathroom somewhere else show it to them and then take and set them down on the pad. They will learn to associtate the two and use the pads.

Keep him outside, in a small crate or in a garage ALL the time unless you can keep your eye on him! When you are able to keep him inside and watch him, keep a close eye on him, soon as you see him about to go, say something in a high pitched voice-like oops! then take him straight outside when he relieves himself praise him and praise and praise him! make him feel as if he just won a million bucks. hope this helps. good luck!

NEVER EVER EVER HIT HIM OR SPANK HIM OR YOU WILL MAKE HIM SCARED TO GO POTTY IN FRONT OF YOU WHEN YOU TAKE HIM OUTSIDE! THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT! I HAVE READ DOZENS OF TRAINING BOOK FOR PUPPYS AND ALL SAY THIS.

What do you get when you cross a pit bull with a shih tzu? Which is what I think you are trying to do to us.
