Grumo is lump. . "On the floor drops of blood, because the lump has cut you." Doesn't make sense to me, but perhaps in certain areas grumo is slang for something else, and this sentence makes sense to someone.

grumo is a clot or a lump but also

is a bud (underdeveloped shoot or stem)
