stop the barking dogs

Technically, absolutely nothing.
Try talking to your neighbor about getting some training. Remember, dogs bark, thats what they live for.. Have you ever heard of they saying "what goes around comes around"? if you complain too much you may end up with a noisy dog of your own. Also often people cannot control their dog's barking if the dog is outside and they are gone. Please do not try to fix this problem yourself, you'll only land yourself in trouble with unhappy neighbors and even the law.

You should call them and tell them the dog is out of control.If that doen't work then tell them that you will call the cops and do.A barking dog can be taught to shut up.Spray him in the face every time he's barking at the air.He will stop, believe that.There's nothing like a dog keeping you a wake when you have to get up for work,I do not put up with that anytime...

I have had problems like this before and I can tell you that life is miserable at home when you have neighbors calling the police everytime the dogs go out.....unless it's waking you up at night, try understanding that people make LOTS of noise and no one calls the police for them. take brownies over and meet the neighbors and the pooches and try to get along or move to an apt where they don't allow pets.

call animal control when they get a $100.00 fine the dogs will stop barking

add crushed ex-lax to raw haburger, make meatballs, throw over fence to barking dogs, wait..sleep well

what I did was waited til three in the morning and stood at the fence.sceamed at the top of my lungs....{SSSHHHHUUUUUTTTTT UUUUUPPPPPP}!!!!!! it was very effective.the neighbors immediatly brought the dog in.all was quiet after that.any more questions?
