Anyone know a good name for a black labradoodle? I like Latin and Greek names and I don't want anything common like max or sam. It is very hard to decide a name when it is your dog!

I think Muttley is a very appropriate name for a labradoodle.

If it's a Boy:
*Ferrious - it's greek for blacksmith...well you said it was black. Plus it's a great strong name.

*aquilus - greek for Dark colored.

* Maneo - Stay the night.
* Orsus- A begining.

* Amor - Latin for love.

* Felix - Happiness.

If it's a Girl:
*Regina - Greek for Queen.

* Persona - personality.

* Venustas- Beauty

I like Artemis for it's mythological back ground. There are some web sites That I get on once in a while that deal with Greek mythology that are just full of great names. PeeTee

I think Roger is a nice name... Or if you want something uncommon, a girl Lab can be called Lavina, and a boy can be called Damien. Also if you like cute names, Tootsie & Whoopsie would be cute... But they're really common though... Hope I helped... : )
