My cat has the best life.. lots of love, he eats and sleeps and gets pet alll day ... that is all I want out of life.

Would anyone else trade places with their cat in a heartbeat if they could?

Has anyone else ever wished they could do this .. or am I just clinically depressed?

I would trade places in a heartbeat they have it made at least my cat's do they get the best food, they get to sleep anywhere they want to, they have no worries whatsoever, they get all kinds of attention and pets, they have more toys and cat paraphernalia than most kids I know have kid toys, someone else worries about cleaning out the cat box. And best of all they don't have to get up and go to work in the morning and they get loved infinitesimally. What a great life to have!!

I have always thought my cats have the best of everything. I would change places with them as long as I could have someone human as loving and caring as myself to spoil them. There is nothing I wouldn't do for them. They are my babies (since I don't have any children).
I wouldn't say that makes you sound depressed. You just love your cat. I have a saying, " The more I know of Men, The more I love my Cats" Enough said.

What a great question!

I think a lot of people think about that. I remember my sister telling me once she wanted to die and come back as one of my cats. You aren't alone. The ones that have good owners and good homes are usually very spoiled and why not? They bring us lots of joy and its the least we can do to repay them.

I would but sadly my kitty has hepatitus, really bad teeth and is eating food filles with by-products(heads,feathers,eyes,feet, road-kill, dead from shelters) and because I'm only 15 I cannot convince my mom to make anychanges though my cat is on meds for his hepatitus and teeth we don't have the money to give him better food. so I think I'l stay human thank you

I say this at least once a day. My cat is so spoiled, sleeps all the time, loves to snuggle, gets free massages...

I have to go to class, worry about rent, and pay a ton for her vet bills.

Haha. I would. Sometimes i am so lazy, and i don't want to get up early and go to work. I wish i could stay hidden under the covers like my cat.

That, is not only a terrific, but perplexing question. I'd have to think on it but, I might, if I had a kitty. I don't, right now but, my one sister, Terry, has 3 so maybe she'd like to switch, withg one of them!!!

I think being one of my cats would be cool. Playing, eating and more playing. Good times...
