get some foot scrub, and rub it in, and wash off. Then get some lotion, and rub it in, and put socks on. Sleep with them on, you will notice a difference.

the best way to soften rough dry feet is to soak them in a nice warm foot bath and dry them really well, then get two plastic bags, and a jar of Vaseline, and some socks. put the Vaseline on your feet, then the bags then the socks. try to sleep like this, is you can't then leave them on for a least an hour at a time, for a few days in a row.{if you do this before you go to bed} by morning they will be very soft, i try to do this every few months.

Get a pedicure... this helps start the process. Then purchase a foot file. While in the shower use the file on the rough spots of your feet. When you get out apply a foot lotion to your feet. This does wonders.

get ur feet wet and rub the rough parts with a pumice stone. then dry ur feet off gently and put cream on them. this doesn't work immediately, it takes a couple tries before ur feet start to soften, especially if u have really rough feet.

Use Vasoline Intensive Care lotion regularly. Vasoline on the feet works, too. Put the vasoline on your feet at night and then put socks on.
