For thousands of years people have hinged on this belief. I want to hear your thoughts on this serious subject.

The Anti-Christ is not a symbol but a real being. I believe the end times are arriving and that the Anti-Christ is already been born. Only time will tell when all of the events of the Bible will play out. But be warned the Anti-Christ is real. All will know him and think he is a peace maker but in the end will be as evil as Satan.

Great question John. Scripture tells us that the anti-christ is anyone who is against Christ is an antichrist. (1 John 2:18-27) Therefore, it cannot be a single person but perhaps a way of life.

I believe that it is only perhaps symbolic. Firstly to believe in an Anti-Christ is to believe in religion and christianity. then what religion do you chose to follow. Christ was a salesman and perhaps an ideas man, nothing more, just delivering a thought. Therefore why is there a need to find an opposite with a title to reflect such

I believe the Anti-Christ will be a person. And I believe the False prophet will be a diffrent person who helps convince the world to follow the Anti Christ (I think some think they will be the same).

The bible is full of symbols and symbolism.
The problem is symbols can be misinterpreted. An the world is full of those that want to interpret symbols, regardless of the true meaning behind them.

Antichrist will not be born of the womb or possess a human body. Satan is Antichrist and will be supernatural and able to perform miracles to deceive the whole world. “Anti” in the Greek means “instead of” or instead of Christ.
CHRIST SPEAKING
(Luke 10:18-19) And He said unto them, I beheld Satan as lightning fall from heaven. (19) Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you.
SATAN BOOTED OUT – DRAGON SERPENT DEVIL

I believe its a religious organisation that is taking place right now. Its a false teaching from a false church, that thinks they can change Gods law and times. And it has been around for a long time , and is responsible for millions of deaths.
ANY IDEAS OF WHO IT IS ???

I think the whole idea of it is ridiculous and I am glad my religion is not ''into'' this.
I saw a History Channel program on it tonight-----I agree with the theory that These prophecies are not prophecies, but, telling what was happening at a given time in history.

It could go either way. It could be a corporate entity. It could be a strong charismatic person. Who/what ever it turns out to be it will do some pretty nasty things.... Jim
