Some women stay with cheaters, such as my friend whose husband likes sex with other women but is in love with her and her only. She says it would bother her if he loved another woman but a casual fling every now and then is okay. This probably doesn't work for many women, but its an example of just how different people's values can be. So I think you need to examine your own values about monogamy, where your relationship is headed, what his feelings are ( does he think its no big deal or does he feel horrible and never want to do it again?). Ultimately you need to ask yourself whether you can be in a relationship that isn't monogamous. If you can't and he insists on having it that way, leave and spare yourself the heartache. If you can deal with non-monogamy, keep open communication with him about it.
