It's gonna take a LOT more than a bit of olive oil to make you feel better. Go to your doctor to see about treatment options. Ask for a referral with a nutritionist to see what changes you need to make with your entire diet. There will probably be a lot that you don't want to change, like removing chicken skins, trimming fat, reducing red meats, and eating more fruits and vegetables, but you need to follow their advice if you truly want to feel better. Good Luck and Blessings

Frying pork chops period is not a good idea.Pork is not good for you, as it has alot of sodium in it, and it's very fattening.Try eating something more nutritional like baked or grilled chicken, rice, or fish with vegetables. Don't eat too many food that will clog your arteries, or will eventually lead you to having a heart attack or even worse, an early death.

Do not eat pork. Do not eat fried food. The best thing for you is to eat omega3 rich food like salmon, sardines and deep see fish. Olive oil and apple vinegar on salad is good for you. Do not eat saturated fats in cream, ice cream, hydrogenated fats and red meats. Eat fish and white meat like skinless chicken. Try to eat a raw onion once a day( not before meeting people). Eat green onions, salad, and oat bran.

Do not fry anything. Trim all visible fat from any meat before cooking and either grill, bake, broil or boil. Meat should be the size of a deck of cards before you cook it. You should switch to skinless poultry and fish. They are lighter in cholesterol if cooked the right way. Also, if you can eat a lot of raw veggies first to fill you up, you will crave less meat.

Broil them instead of frying and drink Pomegranate Juice. It's the best artery un-clogger.

You shouldn't be liking the pork chops, either.
Then again, changing one or two items is not going to help you. Changing your lifestyle, though is something else again.
