A proper diet is the best way to lose weight naturally and keep it off. You have to eat a varied adequate and balanced diet. Your body needs all kinds of food to function properly including fat in smaller quantities though. Your body needs the nutrients and vitamins in fruits and vegetables the most, that is what you should eat the most of (at least 5 servings a day). You also need protein, and a little fat. Reduce your intake of sweets, fried food and foods that contain a lot of fat. Don't drink too many alcoholic beverages or soft drinks (they have a lot of calories). Don't go to sleep right after you eat. And finally exercise at least 3 to 4 days a week for about 45 minutes.Good luck. You can also get more information about nutrition from this site:

Do you do any Ab workouts - crunches/sit-ups etc. etc. etc.? That has helped me in the past. Also, and I hate to say this, but if you are looking to lose weight and are already working out quite a bit (hopefully keeping your heart rate up for at least 30 minutes a few times a week) then you might have to try to cut down on your portion size as well as cutting out all the crap food and adding more fruits and veggies and all that good stuff. Good luck.

I have tried fad diets and diet pills as well. Even if I had any success with them once I stopped... the weight came back. The only way I have found to keep it off is to make a life change. Eating healthier along side a good exercise program is really the only way to lose weight and keep it off.

Try crunches or situps first start off with a lil bit then do a couple more every week and try running a certain amount of time everyday(not so much that u pass out) or u could just accept ur self nobody else will if u dont! but eat right and exercise once or twice daily and eventually u will see a big change it just takes a lil time! If janet jackson can do it so can u! lol

I used Natural Bee Pollen, it was the only product that ever worked for me, I have spent my life trying to loose the weight, finally my mother told me about this company www.beeroyalproducts.com and I researched it , when I first started with both products Royal Jelly and Bee Pollen they contain high protein contents and B complex vitamins, amino acids and minerals , I finally lost 60 pounds over a year ago and it has stayed off and I have energy and I am just so happy

Hi! I read your question, and I have something that I know would really help you out. I recently started a total health and wellness system, which cleanses the body of harmful toxins and nourishes it with meal replacement shakes which taste awesome. I dropped 30 pounds of fat in only 6 weeks, been having a ton more energy and lots of other great effects of a healthy body. I'd be glad to direct you to more information if you'd like. I hope I can help! Thanks,

Aaron

Its about the diet. If you want to lose fat, you have to cut out the junk food. I was working out all the time, and had really built some nice muscle. But until I changed my diet, you couldn't see the results of my hard work. You need to cut out those bad carbs (anything that isn't whole grain turns to sugar) and eat more veggies and protein.

You might want to reduce the carbohydrates. They can add water weight and weight around the middle. That means reduce your consumption of white bread, white rice, sugar (cookies, candy, etc), crackers, chips, soda. Get complex carbs like whole grains and brown rice.

Micromanage your diet as far as calorie counts go and good food choices, and concentrate on your cardio training. You need to burn more than you are taking in in order to lose weight. Diet and cardio are the keys to dropping the body fat.

It depends on how old are you.

I suggest you stay away from "fatty" foods, and eat salads, fruits.
You can go to myfoodpyramid.com? or search it in google, and create a pyramid for yourself. Also, try sit-ups for abs. Do about 50 every 2-5 hours?
