Great question!!
You've got to laugh...but it's sad too.
Being lost is a choice...a bad one.

Sadly, the laughter of Jesus isn't recorded in the Gospels. While one famous verse tells us that "Jesus wept", there's no verse which tells us, "Jesus laughed". He had a nice line in camel jokes, for instance. "Ever hear the one about the camel trying to squeeze through the eye of a needle?" he asked. "Or the camel that fell in someone's drink without them even noticing?" Some people of his time thought he had a bit too much fun, calling him a glutton and a drunkard. He did like to party obviously.

While I take exception to be referred to in such an undignified fashion, I will say that I don't see much humor in Jesus discourses, after all, he is described by Isaiah as "a man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief".
I do, however in the book of Matthew!
After I studied Koine Greek for a number of years, I began to appreciate that Matthew had quite the poignant sense of humor. He really lets fly the zingers!
I guess he had to have to be a tax collector in Israel and survive!

Some of His early stuff was very 'off the wall'. If He had had good representation He could have been one of the big names in Jerusalem's night-club circuit, but....what can one say? Translating His comedic stylings into English from the original Aramaic does tend to ruin the punch-lines somewhat, don't You agree?

I am one who believes he had to of. i know he was laughing the whole time thinking "look at all these people following me around." That and "I'm going to tell that rich guy to get rid of all his stuff and follow me around too". "Holy sh*t(no pun intended, well maybe a little) it worked." "Hmm, what else can I make these people do".
I am sure he lost his sense of humor when he wound up on that cross though.

absolutely. He would have to have a sense of humor to put up with the crap that He puts up with and if you think God has no sense of humor I suggest you take a look at the duck billed platypus. God made that one for Charles Darwin(look him up if you dont know who mr.Darwin is) God said "Here ya go Charlie this platypus is a mammal that lays eggs you figure it out."

Well of course he did, although it is not always clear from the Gospels. Look who he hung out with ... the marginalized of society . . . tax collectors, harlots, non-jews, Romans, the "salt of the earth" . . . the real and genuine people. The religous zealots were always on his S-List . .. which correspond to the religous-right fundamentalists of today. The Ted Haggard Christians are the real condemned.

Jesus HAS, not "had", a sense of humor. He isn't in the past tense; He's with us here and now. Yesterday, today, and forevermore.
