why do innocents have to suffer,,,and no cop out answer of thats because the world is evil etc,if the powers that be are so powerful why do they to have make the innocent ones suffer

My question would be to Jesus because he is God and knows all things.
This question is after I am in the presence of Jesus in Heaven.
