FIRST of all, no one can tell you you were raped, you know whether you were or were not. the nightmares could be caused by the actual act or all the subsequent hoopla following it. ask YOURSELF: was I really raped? only YOU know the answer. if you decide you were, you dont have to see a counselor, learn from it, dont put yourself in that situation again and dont let it negatively affect your future relationships, bad things happen to people all of the time. it takes time to heal, and you dont need glorified counselors to tell you that at 500 dollars an hour. if you werent raped, you dont really have a problem. my penis gives me nightmares sometimes! LOL!

You should see a psychologist/counselor and discuss your problem and the rape. If you don't you may end up relating peniss with fear and nightmares. Its best to deal with the problem now before it effects future relationships and sexual activity.
