Will a region 3 dvd play on a region free dvd player, and if so, will it show up okay on the U.S. Tv??

A region free dvd player will play any dvd regardless of region. On some dvds the picture may look a little bit strange but most will be fine on your tv.

Any region should play on a region free DVD player. The picture should show up just fine on your tv. The only way it wouldn't would be if there was something wrong with either the DVD, TV, or DVD player.
