Does anyone know this old saying?

When you go on a rollercoaster, go on a freefall ride, or sky dive.

It's not buteerflies in my stomach or stomach upside down. It's something along the lines of:

"My heart in my throat" or "My stomach in my head"

Anyone remember how it goes???
