Unless you are a lobbyist with tons of money to throw around, or a campaign donor of major proportions, there is little chance you can get in touch with a US Senator or US Representative.
You can contact their offices, they are listed in the phonebook. Your State's Senators are the only ones whose staff will even talk to you, without money.

If you wish to contact your State Senator, go on the web and put in your state like pa.gov and it will list the politicians for you. Or ask who is State Senator for PA in Google.

Also try Numbers USA and the AARP Websits as well as local newspapers that generally give you the names and addresses of senators, representatives and other elected officials.
