Drink a pint of Jack Daniel's and then ask a friend (who hasn't helped you drink the JD) to get a red-hot poker and sear the wound shut. You'll probably pass out from the pain anyhow, so make sure you dont use a friend who may take advantage of you in the compromised situation. When you wake up, drink more JD immediately. In fact, just continue drinking until you pass out again. Do this every day so that you don't care that you are dying from the infection eating away at the flesh of your face. Hopfully, you won't be in pain during your last hours. That's all that really matters.
