4, 5, 7, and 8. I personally find 1, 2, and 3 demeaning. 6 is too childlike.
For others, I would love to be called unselfish.

It depends on the girl.You have to get to know a girl before you know what she likes to be called.The best thing to do is call her by her name.Girls like it when you remember their name.
