Start doing push ups- modify by putting your knees on the ground and crossing your legs if you have to-

Do pull ups, crunches, etc.

While on this regimen tho, eat lots of protein- peanut butter is great as are turkey, beef, etc. And eat what you normally would. Keep at it and you should feel stronger in a few weeks.

And don't worry if you think you are too thin because everyBODY is beautiful.

Start using free weights and do exercises that build muscle. When I took karate classes, I weighed 15 pounds more due to muscle. I wore the same size clothing even with the 15 pound weight gain because muscle weighs more, but takes up less space.

You exercise. If you maintain a good diet you won't lose
weight. As you exercise and gain the muscles you will
look better and you may even gain some weight. But
muscles weigh more than fat. So get out there and exercise!

You should up your calories, especially protein. Do a weight training regime with low weights and more reps unless you want to bulk up then use heavier weights.
