Sorry i cant spell symattery (so excuse me for bad spelling).

I was wondering does facial symettery change according to health or something?

Sometimes i notice one of my eyes is slightly smaller to the other eye. And taken pics its shows that its true. But on other occasions, it shows a perfect balance, even if the picture is close up.

Been suffering from depression and self hate etc, and a lot of stress, does the body change according to what it feels and is being fed , by the face?

100% of the pictures of my past have 100% perfect eye symettry and face symettery. Only last few years ive noticed it SOMETIMES has this deform kinda look, and i really feel ugly from that. I know its kinda shallow to say this, but its just how i think.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks to everyone in advanced!

Your facial symmetry will not change. Everyone's face is at least a little asymetrical. Although facial symmetry is a sign of healthy development in the womb, and usually signals attractiveness. More attractive people generally have better mental health as well. I'm sorry if you are suffering depression at the moment. Perhaps if you went to see a doctor or councillor about this you might get good help. You're not shallow-we live in a shallow society - I don't know of one female celebrity that hasn't had quite a bit of plastic surgery, and many men do too. I'm sure you are a beautiful person on the inside. http://awfulplasticsurgery.com/ This site might make you get a bit pf perverse gratification. :)

Stroke often paralyzes the left side of the face, affecting the symmetrical aspects of our appearance.
