no, you must be a legal adult 18 or over, however your parents can get you a card from one of their creditors in other words get a card for a member of the family that's what i did for my daughter

yeah you can if you have a job to pay for it. It's a really stupid thing to get one that young though . You'll spend your whole adult life trying to get out of Debt!
