She evidently has issues with being left alone. As an intermediate step, try isolating her when you are gone, in a room without breakables. Bathrooms usually work well. Give her a bed to curl up in, toys, food, waters, etc. Just don't give her an opportunity to break anything or assault Rocko. I used to keep food and small items in my pockets, basically trash. I was abused and neglected. It was a habit I only gradually outgrew, and still tend to "hoard", buy a whole lot of soap and shampoo when they're on sale-I mean a whole lot-keep food and water in my bedroom, etc. Unless you've been in a scarcity situation, on the streets, deprived, whatever, the mindset is hard to understand. There can be a need to please combined with a powerful resentment and the root of both is insecurity. Give her time. And space-that space of her own in the bathroom or wherever should always be available to her, though the door should only be closed when you are gone. Do not close her away to punish her, ever. You are simply protecting your belongings and your other pet, not punishing her. She won't eat the food you bought her, but she broke a bunch of stuff to get food...she's not psycho, just a stray. This food in a bowl thing might take some getting used to. She's used to trash cans. Would you eat out of a trash can? She's having the same problem with bowls, assuming you're using a bowl. Try a plate, something flat, feeding her a bit at a time. Gradually move to a bowl. Snacking is somewhat unusual for dogs, but some do it anyway, eating just a bite or two then wandering off. You're just going to have to put a handful on a plate-or a towel, that might work better. Put a towel down, and on a corner of it put her bowl. Put food on towel, getting gradually closer to bowl. Put a little in bowl, but always some on towel, until you can finally get her to eat from a bowl like a normal beastie. Helpful?

I'm taking it you didn't find the owners? I would call the humane society and look for them. She could be suffering a depression from not being with her real family. If no owner is found (by the way, did you take her to the vet to see if she's chipped?), I would get her a crate. But most cities have a law that you take the found dog and have them held at the local spca for 30 days or so. Whether it is uniformly followed or not. Take her to the vet!

SEperate the dogs for a while.
Put the girl in a room by herself with food and water. Take on acouple of potty walks , but other than that, don't let her see the boy.
I hope this helps!?
