Okay, he insists he doesn't like me and gets mad when ppl say me and him should be together and that he likes me. He jokes around when he talks to me on aim, he switched his chair in the classroom with mine at my desk and told me and he came up to me at the dance and said I got my girlfriend back and Oh, your actually dancing. He always seemed like he looked for me at the dance and walked by me alot. I told him that I liked him sorta, but he says he doesn't like me? I think he's cute. I also sorta asked him out and he said no.

Ignore chip33302--he has either misinterpreted the data or is trying to mess you up. I think this: You're kind of his type and I bet he has at least some attraction toward you. But mostly, he's enjoying flirting and it makes him feel attractive and deireable when you flirt back.
Believe him when he says he doesn't want to start dating--relationships take work and they involve two people--but what he's doing only involves one (himself). And that's how he likes it. It makes him feel spiffy.
He is angered when ppl suggest you two dating because he fears they'll ruin his game by placing relationship-y expectations on him.
Still, congratulations. Take this as a compliment because it is one. Guys don't feel cool when they have "uncool" girls under their spell.
(Even so, don't ask him out again. The idea of a *gasp* relationship will scare him off....)

you need to get your hair and nails done and put on your tightest mini. He wants you to be assertive and rub up against him nice and tight. Rub his leg, maybe hewill rub yours back:) good luck
