Stay involved or get involved with a 12 step program. AA or NA or CA... look for phone numbers in your local area. If you get close to using again, make a call, most places have a 24 hour line and you can be called back withing a few minutes.

If you are trying to help someone else not relapse, all you can do is take them to their sponsor. It has to the be the user's decision to stop using.

If it's for you, separate yourself from places, people & things that you equate to drug use.

what drug? anyway, you need to get involved in a rehab program if you haven't already and I assume you haven't or you wouldn't need to ask this question. then go to NA, narcotics anonymous or AA, alcoholic anonymous and work the program. "It works if you work it."
