After a shower, dry hair with a towel then blowdry with a hairdryer, then add some mousse. And its all poofed up frizzy.

Are you kidding?? You want to make your hair frizzy?? Just sit in the rain when it's really humid out.

you seriously want frizzy hair? i have frizzy hair and its the worst. i have to straighten it out and wash it all the time and its so hard to brush.

Well you can rub it on a ballon or something. My hair gets frizzy whenever its wet. argghh it sucks

A small comb and hair spray. Comb down to up on a chunk of hair and spray it.

dont use conditioner. fuzz it up with a towel after its dry(if you have curly hair) if its straight ur screwed

wierd question, but blow dry it without a comb, put hairspray and pick it out, dnt brush it
