I've been working hard to get my body in shape, but somehow.. I'm always gaining back the weight.
I admit I do occasionally have pizza, burgers, etc.. but not often.
and they say that the last little bit of fat is the hardest to get off..

and please do not suggest eating disorders, anorexia or whatever because im not willing to trap myself in such crap like that.

The only way to lose weight is to minimize sugar and starch. That's it. So simple.

I've lost 15 pounds in just over a year by replacing all the soda I was drinking with just water also if you take up running 2 miles twice a week you should be able to easily lose 90% of the weight that you want, the last 10% is the toughest by far

A proper diet is the best way to lose weight naturally and keep it off. You have to eat a varied adequate and balanced diet. Your body needs all kinds of food to function properly including fat in smaller quantities though. Your body needs the nutrients and vitamins in fruits and vegetables the most, that is what you should eat the most of (at least 5 servings a day). You also need protein, and a little fat. Reduce your intake of sweets, fried food and foods that contain a lot of fat. Don't drink too many alcoholic beverages or soft drinks (they have a lot of calories). I've lost about 60 pounds in the past 2 years. I exercise, which you're doing. I also occasionally eat pizza and stuff, but I keep my portions very small. What I've found helpful is 1) no meat (fish rarely), 2) no hydrogenated or partially hydrogenated vegetable oils -check ALL labels, it's in everything from chicken broth to bread to snickers bars, 3) no carbonated beverages, and 4) limit processed flours and sugars. You can find stuff that's fun to eat (I just had a handful of milk duds today) but you have to check labels carefully. And whenever you get discouraged, just remember how far you've come. I look at my "fat" pictures from a few years ago for motivation.

Drink lots of pure water with Celtic sea salt to lose weight. Add 1/8 tsp. Celtic sea salt to a 16 oz. bottle of water. Divide your body weight by 2 and that is how much water you should drink each day. You will lose pounds easily and feel great too.

I have lost over 20 lbs because I am watching my carbs. Carbs
are fat!! I am not trying to lose weight, but am recently diabetic.
I have more energy since I have lost the weight.

Portion control. Eat 1/2 of whatever you are served. We tend to overeat in almost every meal, it is a fact the we need no more that a handful of every kind of food, i.e. piece of steak, rice, fruits, etc. Try it. You can eat anything you want as long as you measure out your portions. Good luck!
