The biggest factor here is to eat at least three times a day if not more. Of course these would be smaller meals, and healthy meals. No more fatty foods like Mac Donald's or other fast food joints. You have to watch out for the carbs, and the type of carbs you eat.
Eat fruits like strawberries, watermelons, rhubarb, for they act as natural diuretics. Apples and pears for there fibre.
Have two meals at least a day with 4 oz of protein.
Stretch before doing excerises. Make sure you have stretched all of the muscle groups before starting an excerise routine. When your done excerising do your stretching again.

oi...
1. eat a little a lot, as ain eat a little bit of food 5-6 times a day instead of 3 big meals.
2. start exercising at least 3 times a week
3. eat a healthy diet, which means whole grains, fruits and veggies, some meat (fish and chicken that's not fried) no/very little soda/pop, chips, etc aka don't eat much sugar and fat.
Whoever says to lay off the carbs is dead wrong, almost literally. Why? Because carbs is what provides your body with the energy it needs to keep you alive and able to do what you do.

I honestly think a good aerobic workout or running does it. That's the only thing I know of.
I have heard that getting the right amount of sleep at night helps too.
