There are an incredible amount of diet pills and exercise machines, and diet drinks that say they can miraculously lose weight. One thing about any sort of diet is that its not healthy in one way or the other. If your on a diet that emphesizes no fat meals, then your not getting the daily recomendations for healthy fat. There is such a thing as healthy fat. They greatest way to lose weight is, get a membership for a gym. It is incredible what a few weeks at a gym can do. Eat meals that are not high on anything, but give you an even dose of it all. Salads with chicken and rice are really good. Run, that is a big thing. If you run around your neighborhood. Eight miles a day that will do miracles for your health and weight. Hope it helps

Go to nutrisystem.com. I lost 25 pounds in 1 and a half months although the darn holiday season caused me to gain 5 pounds. Heh, that's right, the season made me do it. Anyways, the first 15 pounds I lost by following the nutrisystem and it is ok to cheat once like I had small candy bars or sometimes soda. Supplement nutrisystem with more salad than they recommend to make you full. The remaining 10 pounds, you will lose through running every other day and another exercise, for me that was Kendo and Salsa. Make sure to have fun and do it regularly and it becomes easy. Try and eat nothing but fruit and vegetables for a whole day like 2 or 3 days a week. Doing it is tough but it helps. Also do 30-45 minutes worth of cardio that gets your heart pumping and sweat going to 4 days a week atleast and you should see results fast. If you want fat burning supplements get Ripped fuel or Hydroxycut Hardcore. The Hydroxycut Hardcore is awesome!

Drink lots of water and cut back on portion sizes...it's about food in moderation with some sort of daily exercise.

the caliman way . have him over at least three to four times a day ha ha. Change your eating habits and run. you don't have to pray ,do yoga etc. Partner up with a friend eat right and run.
