whoo... good luck!! you better start paying right away if you want a chance to keep your car. once you get in touch with them and make a substancial payment and create a payment plan, they will remove the repo. but the payment plan will be them taking the money directly out of your account.

Request a full validation of the debt. Google debt validation letter. If you owe the debt then you need to check the statute of limitations in your state for this type of debt.
