MAKE UR SELF NOTICEABLE MAYBE U DONT APPEAL TO GURLS SO TRY 2 BRIGHTEN UP UR STYLE A LITTLE. IM NOT SAYIN BE A FLURT JUST BE NICE TO LADIES, LYK HOLDIN DOORS AND STUFF AND THEY WILL EVENTUALLY NOTICE THAT UR WORTH THEIR TIME!

girls like guys who are out going....people like people who are outgoing. Not necessarily loud but outgoing like u dont have a problem talking to other people it comes naturally - u cant be too shy or quiet. and being cute doesnt hurt either

3) be tough but not too macho
4)be outgoing and be willing to try something new

You aren't spunky enough and aren't flashy enough. I know it sounds cheesy, but be yourself. Well, be close to yourself. Maybe they don't like you cuz you're wanna-be. I'm not saying you are, of course.
