Okay I think that the fact that shes very developed makes her think on the inside sometimes that she is fat and maybe those at school that are not as full as she is at tell her that too bringing her down. When I turned 14 I was also turing into a B and because Im curvier then my classmates I was made fun of but good friends made me feel better about myself and I think that if your just there for your sister then everything will be alright. Maybe talk to her about think kinda stuff ya know, I dont have an older sister I kinda wish that when I was being made fun of I did. Now Im a size 7 and Im 5'6 theres nothing wrong with that and though I may be curvy Im 16 and who cares. Dont think about what others say.

No im 5"2 or so and weigh 105 lbs. girls say that all the time thats normal, so you have nothing to worry about unless shes not eatin then thats a problem

haha its online no 1 cares if its you. 105 isn't too much. if the doctor says she's overweight or theres like flab hanging out all over the place then i'd say she's a bit-but there's little sense in trying to diet at this point in life-you don't usually get into a serious relationship until college (although experience probably would be helpful)

Not fat, actually may be a bit thin. My wife was 5' 2" and 120 when we got married, A size 4-6. She told me she was that way at 12. Stopped growing.

okkkk so ur like not overweight, but u might wanna lose like 3-5 pounds. u wanna??? I CAN HELP! FIRST OFF DONT EVER THINK ABOUT STARVING YOURSELF< that will just take longer for u to lose weight, cuz since ur not getting enough energy from food, ur body has to store ur fat for energy, so it creates more fat. Thus, u get fatter instead of just eatin enough and burning the calories which is a much faster and more effective way! DONT DO ANY PILLS, VIDEOS< OR CDS (losing weight doesnt have to cost money) OR ANY OTHER STUFF(SLIM FAST) YOU CAN STILL EAT GOOD FOODS, JUST IN MODERATION. DONT LIMIT YOURSELF< IF YOU REALLY WANT TO LOSE WEIGHT HERES A GREAT PLAN THAT REALLY WORKS: Every day do: 25 push ups 25 sit ups 15 leg lifts (*FOR THE THREE ABOVE: IF U FEEL LIKE THE BURN ISNT ENOUGH, ADD MORE REPS> FOR INSTANCE MONDAY AND TUESDAY U DO 25, THEN ON WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY ADD 5 more, THEN ON FRIDAY ADD ANOTHER 5 and so on.) Go riding a bike for 30-60 minutes at least 4 times a week Walk to and from places if its possible to Run a mile once a week Swim twice a week for a half hour FOOD: Eat all three meals a day, just dont overfeed. Take your time when eating. If you want any snacks in between, eat celery/carrots or something healthy. No soda WATER When you want flavor badly, drink crystal light. For breakfast, have cereal or yoghurt. For lunch, have a salad or sanwich with whole wheat bread For dinner, enjoy yourself, but dont pig out or have super unhealthy foods...example:::fried chicken with a side of french fries and chocolate cake for dessert!!! UHH NOOO!! NO ICE CREAM Eat 1 hour after waking up(if u can) and 3 hours before u go to bed. Try to get 6 to 8 hours of sleep. When your body is deprived of sleep your appiteite increases by 15%. NO POPCORN< CANDY NO CHIPS FRIED FOODS ONLY 1 time per week NO COOKIES/cake (WHEN I SAY NO blah blah blah,,, it means u can have it, but like 1 time per week or 2 weeks if you choose.) ***SOME EXTRA TIPS: Try to avoid white, bleached, or enriched flour. Stay away from high fructose corn syrup and hydrogenated oils. Read food labels, often times they say stuff is "healthy" and it really isnt. For instance, if u see that there is more than 20 grams of sugar in a candy bar, thats high so u should limit that candy bar to like 1 time per week! Get the point? YOU HAVE TO STICK WITH THE ROUTINE DONT GET LAZY>>>KEEP PUSHING!!! GOOD LUCK, DONT WORRY U CAN DO THIS!

no seriously I am 5'4" and i only weigh 100 pounds sometimes less and I have had 5 kids my doctor has said that my ideal weight should be 130 I am 32 years old I have always been skinny if there are any questions try out the below sight it calculates you body mass/weight by age and hgt

She is not fat but she does need to go to the psychiatrist. Its normal to feel like your fat when you are a teen but if you fear she is going to be anorexic its for the best

your sis has a body image distortion, talk to her about it or get her to talk to a counselor at school. this is not normal that she would be thinking like this. btw, she's actually underweight, she should be 10-15 lbs heavier. get her help before she caves under anorexia.
