There's a REALLY hot girl that i know who of course knows i exist cause were best friends.At least that's what i think.Her brother told me that she really loves me back and thinks im cute.But,im not so sure if he's telling the truth.So what should i do?

don't ask her friends, cuz they will tell her you asked. just ask her how she feels about you

I'm not sure how you can love someone if you don't really talk to each other.
Maybe "like a lot" is what you feel for each other.
If you want something to come of this you're going to have to take a deep breath and ask her how she feels about you.....after telling her how you feel about her.

ask her out. It seems simple, because it is. The worst she can say is no. Go out on a limb, because if you like her as much as you say you do, she's worth the risk. Good luck to both of you :)
