all your baby teeth and your wisdom teeth if need be.

All of them... but the wisdom teeth are less often as permanent as one might think. Those are all the way in the back of your mouth, top and bottom. Not very many people have kept all 4 wisdom teeth if they came in at all.
Usually around age 6 or so, the first of the 'baby teeth' will start to loosen. By the age of 12 or so, you should have all your 'permanent' teeth.
