I want to lose weight quickly and keep my metabolism fast. how much should i cut down, how can i fit six meals a day into my school day and what types of exerciese should i do to lose about 40 pounds in 7 months?

I beleive there was a glamour or cosmo with small meal plans ( i guess that doesnt help because i dont remember which one) but for starters break down the food pryamid with different food ideas. Three small meals and three snacks, the snacks should include a veggie or fruit, and either a calcium or protein ( cottage cheese cream cheese, peanut butter cheese) and the meals have to unlclude some sort of small grain, like for breakfast cereal with fruit and skim milk, lunch is a small sandwich with whole grain bread, some ham or turkey tomatoes and other veggies, and a side, preferably veggies or fruit or yogurt, and dinner you should stick with a meat and vegetable and alternate with a startch ( i know i wouyld die if i didnt get my taters every other day) and try to make it a deal to not eat past five. Once you look at a calorie counter on the internet you'd be suprised at your choices that you dont notice at the grocery store ( because its al overwhelming) you need to go in with a plan and out with that plan, ad dont forget to drink those five or six bottles of water a day and take vitamins they help make most of your food. Also i take this product callled Colon Cleanse, you can get it at GNC it helps you move food through when its kinda just sittting around, especially if your dehytrated, beware though you have to drink alot of water for it to work. Dont worry you'lll get there though i was 200 lbs when i gave birth and now i am 135 and eat alot...just in small increments and am smart about what i put in my mouth... btw cottage cheese is way healthier than yogurt it has less sugar, and dont forget to drink atleast one glass of 2% milk, it gives you all sorts of benifits

EAT SIX SMALL MEALS DAILY, AT LEAST EVERY 2 HRS AND I DO MEAN SMALL. DRINK PLENTY OF WATER LOW FAT MILK SUB VEGGIES FOR THE CRAP YOU USED TO SNAK ON AND WORK OUT 3 DAYS ON 1 DAY OFFF. YOU WILL LOSE PLENTY OF FAT REPLACE WITH MUSCLE. I DARE YOU. CMON MAN ROCKY UP.
