Today on the cooking channel they made a pear pizza. man it looked good. Get a rolled out pie dough and place it on the pizza sheet. spread ricotta cheese all over to 1/4 in. off the end. cut pear in half. (it's not peeled) place on cutting board flat side down. slice but not all the way down then place on cheese. it's like a thick fan on there. it took like 4 or 5 pears. then drizzle apricot preserves over the top. put in oven probably to the dough directions. when done sprinkle some granola or somthing crunchy on the top (only lightly though). it really looked great. i'm gonna try it.

I'm a vegetarian, too! I like to eat fruit, and snack on dried fruit. I also like to have some toast, or have a veggie burrito, or some veggie fried rice. Yum!

You can make a low fat veggie pizza. Buy your own pizza crust (most stores sell them in the refrigerated section) and add your own favorite toppings, along with reduced fat cheese.
